You can unlock and lock Donkey Republic bikes using the Gaiyo app. Make sure you have an internet connection.

1. Open the reservation and click on “Start rental”. Please note: you must be near the bike to start the reservation.

2. Go through the check questions and click on “Start driving”.

3. Click on the gray “Lock” icon next to the bike and click Open.

4. Unlock the lock now and you can start cycling.

5. Have you arrived at your final destination? Find a return location via the app.

6. Click on “End rental”, answer the security questions, and put your bike in a lock to end your reservation.
